| The safety of all children is a primary concern for
everyone at St. Philip's. We want to provide a convenient and effective
ministry to support families, and yet do so in as safe a manner as possible.
At every event, we will utilize sign-in sheets to insure that children can
be accounted for. We ask that you help us to take care of your kids by taking
them to the restroom and for a drink of water before signing in.
Classrooms are open to receive children about 15 minutes beforehand, so it
may get crowded while everyone is checking in. Please be patient with the
process and know that it is not intended to delay you, but instead is for
the benefit of every child.
Everyone who works with or around children will have a background check and
training prior to being placed in a classroom.
We believe that by God's protection and our diligence in prevention, our
children can have a safe and enriching experience.
If at any time you feel uncomfortable with our procedures, please contact
a member of the Children's
Ministry team.
A copy of Child Protection Policy is available
for your review at any time.
