We’re here to help.
St. Philip’s offers several ways to care for and support our church family.
Submit a prayer request. Our Pastoral Care team prays weekly for the needs of our congregation. Specify for clergy only, and only clergy will see your prayer request.
Prayer Requests
Lay Eucharistic Visitors
Lay Eucharistic Visitors are trained parishioners who bring communion (consecrated bread and wine) to those who are unable to attend church due to illness or hospitalization. If you need communion delivered for yourself or a loved one, please let us know.
Pastoral Visits
St. Philip’s is an active Community of Hope International center with Circle of Care parishioners who are trained to make visits with you at home, during a hospital stay, or at assisted living facilities. They walk alongside you when you are hurting–to listen, pray, and encourage you.

The goal of Community of Hope International (COHI) is to create and sustain Christian communities of lay pastoral care givers united in prayer, shaped by Benedictine spirituality, and equipped for serving in pastoral care ministries. Members of COHI receive training and serve as pastoral care givers in a variety of settings.

Your generous donations support families within our parish who are experiencing financial difficulties, such as an unexpected crisis situation or job loss, and provide temporary financial assistance and care to help them regain stability.
Prayer Resources
St. Philip’s Prayer Guide
Drawing on prayers from Scripture, the Book of Common Prayer (BCP), and St. Augustine’s Prayer Book, this guide is designed to be a primer, a mere starting point for your prayer needs for daily living. We hope these ancient words give you comfort and direction when your own words fail you, and we encourage you to seek out others within the resources given and beyond.
